Sports Secretary – Lynel Lobo

Better known as Macho Man of the community  Lynel Lobo , is every ready with a helping hand for any event held at MCCP.

An eligible bachelor, smart and handsome, blue eyed boy… Lynel Lobo hails from Holy Cross Church Taccode  (parish), born to the proud couple Mr.Michael Lobo & Rita Lobo with a brother and sister as his siblings. MBA Graduate, working at Muscat Private Hospital as Receivable Accountant and Reconciliation Analyst, Lynel is exemplary sports person, especially in cricket, thus being his favorite sport.

Lynel has won numerous awards as an Athlete, representing his college at State Level in the category of Pole Vault and Javelin Throw. As a Rambo man, he is a body builder and won competitions at university level. For his Oman National level achievement in Cricket, Lynel was felicitated with an award for exemplary achievement in the field of sports by the community. He has received Champions Trophy from H.E.Sheikha Saad Al Saadi Minister for sports affairs for his sportsmanship.

Though a sports freak, Lynel has keen interest in cultural events such as dance and drama and has won prizes at community level competitions and as a student too. Very jovial in nature and a fun loving person, he is ever ready to serve the people and community. Through his nature of service, he has been motivating and inspiring the youth in his circle to be attached to the community, as he understands that the youth are the integral part of any growing organization.

With his initiative the Shotput event was organized during this year’s sports event. He not only believes in sports but also practices it regularly. Youthful Lynel’s mantra is ‘Take time to take care of yourself, through Sports’.
